Registration Overview

We’re so glad you’re considering Camp St. Joseph! The dates for Camp St. Joseph are August 10th to August 16th, 2026. The cost of tuition is $615 per camper.
Please reach out to your local parish if you need financial assistance, but we also have funds available in the event of further need beyond parish assistance.

Registration is completed through UltraCamp, our secure online system designed to make signing up as smooth as possible for families.

  • New camp families can easily create a new account and follow the guided steps to register
  • Returning camp families will use their existing UltraCamp account and may need to reset their username and/or password before registering

First-Time Family Registration

If your child did not attend Camp St. Joseph in 2025, you’ll create a new UltraCamp account:

1: Visit the UltraCamp registration page: https://www.ultracamp.com/clientlogin.aspx?idCamp=1529&campCode=P3B

2: Click “New User.”

3: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your family account.

4. Once your account is created, you’ll be guided through the registration process.

Important:

  • The username for your family account is always the primary contact’s email address
  • Both parents use the same login to access the family account
  • If a spouse is listed as a secondary contact, they may reset the password—but the username remains the primary email
Returning Family Registration

If you attended Camp St. Joseph in 2025, please follow the directions below to reset your username and/or password and access your family’s profile.

2: Click “Forgot your login information?

3: Choose to reset your username or reset your password as needed.

Important:

  • The username for your family account is always the primary contact’s email address
  • Both parents use the same login to access the family account
  • If a spouse is listed as a secondary contact, they may reset the password—but the username remains the primary email

4. Login and Update Your Family Information (Recommended Before Registration)

After logging in, review and update each family member’s profile:

  • Click on each camper to confirm or update their information
  • Use “+ Add Person” if a family member is missing

Before registration opens, we strongly recommend updating:

  • Emergency Contacts
  • Pickup Authorization

Registration Tips for All Families

To ensure a smooth registration experience:

  1. Log in before registration opens to confirm your password works
  2. Complete forms in the Document Center ahead of time
  3. If registering multiple children:
    • Register the first child
    • When prompted, select “Yes” to add another family member

Once you begin registration, a 15-minute hold is placed on your camper’s spot. You must complete payment within that window to confirm registration.
